The Big Idea
Can technology help solve lapses in nursing care due to
resource constraints, staff burtnout and information overflow in critical care
departments? Can technology assist with inpatient care to free up nurses' time for other
responsibilities?
Theo was our team's submission for an
ideation
sprint
conducted by MindState Ideation Lab. Our client was the Tel
Aviv Sourasky Medical Center. We worked closely (over Zoom!) with the nurses, patients and
IT staff in
the Internal Medicine department to understand the status quo, their respective underserved
needs and identify any
technical
limitations.
